Ginger Black Milk Tea

This sweet and spicy milk tea can get you through the winter months!

Recipe
8 oz water
1 tbs freshly grated ginger
1 strong black tea bag
1 tbs honey, to taste
4 oz milk (or sub non-dairy milk)



On a stovetop, bring water and ginger to a boil in a saucepan. Cover and simmer at low for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Steep tea bag in ginger water mixture for 3-5 minutes. Strain into a mug. Stir in honey to dissolve and add milk.
