Milk Tea, 2017

Shoot. What's wrong with me? I used to drink 1 Lipton tea bag in 2013. Now I'm drinking 2. Typhoo is currently on rotation, but I miss PG Tips.

Recipe
6 oz water
2 Typhoo tea bags
Pinch of sea salt
Soymilk
White sugar



Rinse mug with hot water. Always do this danggut. You want yer tea to be pipin' hot and well-steeped.

Drop your tea bags into the mug. Pour about 6 oz of hot water in it from the hot water pot. I'm at work and ain't got time to boil water. Steep this for 5 minutes.

5 minutes are up. Shake in some salt-- do it now! Add a few splashes of room temperature or cold soymilk to fill your mug. If you're feeling luxurious, stir in 1-2 packets of white sugar. Ohohoho.

(If you walked away to multitask and forgot to tend your cup of tea, you probably steeped it longer than 5 minutes and your tea is cold. If so, add your milk to the tea after steeping. Microwave it for 45 seconds then stir in your fixin's.)

Remove tea bags or not... Then drink up! Do you feel alive now?
